Jubail Area Mutual Aid Association (JAMA’A), in cooperation with Nevada Training and Development Company Limited, held a training course entitled “Accident Leadership System” during the period from November 16 to 20, 2025. Fifteen trainees from various member companies of JAMAA in Jubail and Ras Al-Khair participated in the course, with similar courses to be held in the future for the rest of the members.
During the training program, the committee members visited the Nevada Center, where Engineer Khalid bin Hassan Khalil, the committee’s CEO, delivered a speech in which he emphasized the importance of the course in enhancing the participants’ knowledge of the role of the incident leader in managing emergency situations, praising the efforts of the Nevada Center and its constructive cooperation, and expressing his wishes for success to all the trainees.
It is worth noting that the “Jama’a” has organized several training programs for its members in various fields over the past years, including assembly area management, communications, and safety officer courses. A large number of employees from companies in Jubail and Ras Al-Khair participated in these programs. These courses have contributed to raising the level of preparedness and emergency response, and their positive impact is reflected in the annual virtual drills conducted at members’ headquarters.
