Establishing a professional, voluntary, cooperative system that includes all industrial sectors and government and service agencies concerned in Jubail Governorate to work on combating and extinguishing industrial fires and controlling industrial disasters.
Implementing the idea of joint cooperation between industrial establishments and relevant government agencies to engage and support voluntary work to combat and extinguish industrial fires. As well as urging all members to apply safety conditions and specifications and fire-fighting equipment in factories established in Jubail Governorate. And providing the necessary consultations to implement the idea and regulations of the committee in other cities in the Kingdom.
Working to protect lives, property and economic gains in Jubail Governorate from the dangers of fires and industrial disasters and reduce the resulting losses by following the following:
1- Coordination around the clock to provide necessary assistance to any affected member who requests assistance.
2- Establishing a communications system that includes all members and providing the necessary equipment for this.
3- Working to unify the main firefighting equipment for members to enable the assisting parties to use it as required.
4- Unifying the process of requesting, receiving and activating assistance and the procedures for that.
5- Urging all members to conduct mock exercises to simulate the reality of their readiness and the readiness of the responding members.
6- Finding evaluators for all scheduled mock exercises and preparing a detailed report on the results.
Jubail Area Mutual Aid Association (JAMA'A) was established in 1983. Accepting the principle of cooperation was the beginning of the journey, as there were many things to transfer the idea to reality.
