Jubail Emergency Committee (JEC) Quality Policy

The quality policy is based on rules and principles that are consistent with the strategic direction of the committee. It works to achieve the requirements of subscribers and satisfy interested parties while committing to fulfilling all requirements related to the services provided to reduce losses and protect lives.

The senior management of (Jama’a) and all its employees have adopted the culture of quality as a strategic choice for improvement and development, for evaluating performance and correcting the path, and maximizing distinguished results. Accordingly, the committee is committed to enhancing subscriber satisfaction through continuous improvement of the performance of the quality system and advanced services in accordance with the requirements of the international specifications 2015: 9001 ISO through the following:


Commitment to comply with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
Building capacities and refining the skills of the committee’s employees through continuous training and continuous awareness of the importance of the quality management system.

  • Ensuring the availability of resources, expertise and infrastructure necessary to meet requirements and continuously improve services provided to subscribers.
  • Establishing and reviewing quality objectives within the framework of meeting the requirements of subscribers and all stakeholders. Continuous monitoring of performance measurement indicators for continuous improvement.
  • Disseminate the concept of quality policy to all participants, interested parties and officials of the committee. Review the quality policy periodically to ensure its continued adherence to the quality management system of the committee.
