Training Committee

This committee consists of a chairman and (10-14) members whose duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Preparing an annual schedule of all proposed exercises with members and submitting it to the General Committee in the first quarter of each new year for review and approval, and then distributing it to all members for approval. Participate in preparing plans for field exercises of the “Jamaa”. Supervising field exercises carried out by the “Jamaa” at members’ sites. Preparing the necessary reports and recommendations by the head of the training committee on incidents or field exercises implemented and providing the head of the “Jamaa” with the necessary recommendations and opinions and sending them to the participating parties. Follow up on the implementation of the exercise schedule with the members and coordinate with the members participating in implementing these exercises.
Preparing and submitting a quarterly report on the activities of the Training Committee to the General Committee. Providing any advice or suggestions that contribute to the development and implementation of the procedures of the General Committee. Preparing and delivering training programs and lectures to members regarding the procedures of the “Jama’a”. Membership term is two years. It can be extended if the member wishes and with the approval of his employer.
The committee’s reference is the head of the “Jamaa”.
