The Jubail Area Mutual Aid Association (JAMA’A) welcomed representatives of Hamed Al-Qahtani
Universal Markets Co. and its partner HARBOR 365 at JAMA’A’s office in Jubail today 15 Sep. 2026, as
part of its efforts to strengthen communication and cooperation with specialized companies and
stakeholders in safety, emergency services, and support to the industrial community. During the visit,
JAMA’A provided an overview of its role, activities, and operating model in coordinating emergency
response and facilitating mutual aid among member industrial facilities in Jubail and Ras Al Khair. The
discussion also highlighted JAMA’A’s key technical initiatives and programs aimed at strengthening
preparedness and enhancing emergency response capabilities.
The meeting also included an introduction to the Support Member Program, launched by JAMA’A to
build a network of partnerships with specialized companies and providers of technical safety and
emergency solutions. The program provides opportunities for technical cooperation, knowledge and
expertise sharing, and engagement with JAMA’A’s industrial members. JAMA’A also highlighted key
benefits and opportunities available under the Support Member Program, including participation in
technical workshops and seminars, presenting specialized solutions and services to JAMA’A members,
technical knowledge exchange, and opportunities to collaborate on future initiatives and events related
to safety and emergency response.
