This committee consists of a chairman and (4-6) members, whose tasks and responsibilities are as follows: Develop studies and plans to develop the capabilities of the members of the "Jama'a" and submit proposals to the Executive Committee to support group coordination. Coordinate and arrange the necessary preparation of an introductory booklet about the committee or the "Jama'a" media newsletter, seminars and lectures that benefit the "Jama'a" and its members when necessary after coordination with the Chairman of the "Jama'a" and the Executive Committee. Support and develop the work procedures of the "Jama'a" by reviewing the "Jama'a" manual for administrative affairs and the operations manual whenever necessary or upon request by the Chairman of the "Jama'a" or the Executive Committee. Study all proposals and recommendations submitted to the committee from members and submit the necessary recommendations regarding them to the Executive Committee.
Jubail Area Mutual Aid Association (JAMA'A) was established in 1983. Accepting the principle of cooperation was the beginning of the journey, as there were many things to transfer the idea to reality.
